This playmat is individually made to order (MTO) at our Canadian facility to ensure a premium, high-definition finish. Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to print and inspect your mat before it is processed for shipping.
For our US customers, we’ve made the process seamless: all tariffs and import fees are included in your shipping cost at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. Because of this, it is not eligible for free shipping to the USA.
