This dice tray is individually crafted to order at our Canadian facility to ensure a premium, high-definition finish. Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to print and inspect your mat before it is processed for shipping.
Because we ship directly from Canada, international shipping timelines may be slightly longer than domestic orders. However, we’ve made the process seamless for our neighbors to the south: all tariffs and import fees are included in your shipping cost at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery to the USA. Because of this, it is not eligible for free shipping to the USA.

If the preview looks pixelated or blurry, it may turn out that way.
We do offer Free upscaling, but it does not always work if the original image is too low resolution.
We recommend using a higher resolution file for best results.

Custom print dice tray purchases are final sale and we cannot offer returns. If there are any product defects we will happily replace the item with a new one.

We cannot print artwork that contains hate speech, promotion of illegal activities, extreme gore, nudity, or non-consensual imagery. Additionally, by uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have explicit permission to use it. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates these standards.
